How do I create an account?
You can sign in with your Apple ID or Google account. Tap the sign-in prompt when it appears, or go to Settings inside the app.
Is Componi free to play?
Yes. You can play puzzles, earn crystals, and participate in Leagues for free. There is no subscription. If you'd like to remove ads permanently, the optional Lifetime Ad-Free one-time purchase is available in the app.
How does Lifetime Ad-Free work?
It's a one-time in-app purchase that permanently removes all ads. No subscription, no recurring charges. The entitlement is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so it follows you across devices and reinstalls. See the Purchase Terms for full details.
I bought Lifetime Ad-Free but ads are showing again — what do I do?
Tap Restore Purchase in Componi (Settings or any in-app paywall). Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used at purchase. If the issue persists, email admin@acena.cc with your transaction ID.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account, or visit our Account Deletion page for details.
I lost my progress. Can it be restored?
If you were signed in, your progress is saved to your account. Sign back in on any device to restore it. If you were playing as a guest, progress may not be recoverable — signing in ensures your data is always backed up.
How do crystal rewards work?
Every puzzle you complete earns crystals. Spend them on in-game cosmetics — avatar symbols, backgrounds, and rare flair. Cosmetics are purely visual and never affect gameplay.
